Annika DiNovi is the Executive Director of Touchmark at Georgetown, a leadership position she successfully maintained following the acquisition of The Hacienda at Georgetown by Touchmark in December 2025. She oversees all aspects of the community, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care, as well as the Health & Fitness Club, dining program, and Life Enrichment/Wellness services, leveraging her deep, long-standing expertise with the community.
Annika brings 18 years of experience in senior living and health care operations. Before her current role, she served as Regional Director of Operations for Transforming Age in Washington state and held leadership positions as Executive Director at a large retirement community in Seattle, where she oversaw a major repositioning of the property, refreshed amenities, and revitalized resident demand.
Academically, Annika holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s in counseling psychology—an educational background that underscores her commitment to resident well-being, emotional safety, and team development. Annika is also a graduate of the Larry Minnix LeadingAge Leadership Academy and holds a Healthcare Mini-MBA in Senior Living from the University of Arizona, Eller Executive Education.
Her dedication to senior living is deeply personal: inspired by her grandfather, who lived independently in a retirement community until the age of 101, she aims to lead communities where residents truly love to live, and team members take pride in their work.
Originally from Seattle, Washington, she relocated to Georgetown to lead the community there. In her personal time, she enjoys exploring Central Texas, is an avid sports fan—especially football, Texas BBQ, and spending time with her husband, their young son, and sweet golden retriever, Apollo.

“Although we are originally from the beautiful Pacific Northwest, we’re thrilled to call Georgetown home. It’s a perfect place to raise a family or retire – there’s such a strong sense of community, small town charm, and true Texas hospitality!”
